Follow these steps so we can match your delivery to you when it arrives and count it within 1 working day.
Your delivery, step by step
Book
Check our prices and message us on WhatsApp. When you book, we send you our delivery address on WhatsApp.
Tell us what is coming
Share a Google Sheet with your product list (product, SKU or ASIN, units, number of cartons) with our email address, and send us the tracking numbers.
Mark every carton
Write your business name on every carton, so we can match it to you straight away.
Delivery times
We are open for deliveries Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Sending a pallet? Message us before you book the delivery so we can confirm a time.
What happens next
We count your stock and send you the count within 1 working day, with photos of any damage on WhatsApp. FBA stock leaves for Amazon within 24 hours of arrival (working days, Monday to Friday).

Standard-size items
Our per-unit prices are for standard-size items, up to 35 × 25 × 15 cm and up to 2kg. Bigger or heavier items are priced on quote, agreed before you send them. Items over 20kg only by agreement.
Frequently asked questions
How do I send my stock to your prep centre?
Check our prices, then message us on WhatsApp or by email to book. We share our delivery address and shipment instructions, your supplier sends the stock to us, and we count it and report to you within 1 working day. For large or heavy items or special requests, get a quote first.
What if my stock arrives damaged?
We send you photos on WhatsApp and wait for your decision. We can dispose of the damaged units or return them to your supplier, as you choose.
How fast do you send stock to Amazon?
FBA stock leaves for Amazon within 24 hours of arrival (working days, Monday to Friday).
