Do you charge the same for eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and website returns?
Yes. Customer returns from eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop and your own website cost 10p per returned unit, the same as Amazon returns and removal orders.
What happens to a returned item?
We grade it by its condition. We restock it (re-prep it and send it back to Amazon), return it to you, or dispose of it.
Will I see the condition of my returns?
Yes. We inspect every return and send you photos on WhatsApp.
